The conference will be informative and engaging for researchers, physicians, business executives, policymakers, non-profit leaders, health journalists, students, patients and advocates, and other community members.

What are the registration fees?

General Admission: $349
Stanford University Faculty, Staff, Stanford Health Care, Alumni Discount: $249
One-Day Pass (All Audiences): $199 (select day)
Students (all institutions, including Fellows, Clinical Residents, and Postdoctoral Scholars): $79

Virtual, on zoom: $99

VIP Dinner Package (includes conference + workshop; dinner with faculty and selected speakers on September 11, 2026): $1,149
Patron / Industry Supporter (Your registration helps offset the full cost of attendance for twenty students): $2,500

What is included with the VIP Dinner?

The VIP dinner provides exclusive access for a small group of attendees to join a thoughtful discussion with faculty and selected speakers. The VIP Dinner fee includes the conference and workshop registration fees. Attendees will be invited to exclusive follow up events.

Where can I stay?

While there are no formal hotels reserved, one of our recommendations is Dinah’s Garden Hotel (4261 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306).

I’m a health care provider. Can I earn CME credit?

Yes. In 2026, conference attendance conveys 16 CME credits.

In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

We will have details on how to claim CME credit during and after the conference.

When will I receive detailed conference information?

When you register, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the schedule for the 2026 conference. A more detailed welcome packet will be available during the conference.

Virtual or in person?

We encourage participants to attend in person but a virtual option is available if you are not able to come to the Bay Area. The event will be recorded and the recording available to registered attendees.

Is there a lactation room?

Yes, there is a private room in the conference center with access to a refridgerator.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds before September 1, 2026 minus a $10 administrative fee. 

No refunds after September 1, 2026.
